Anti-SMARCA4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SMARCA4 (also known as BRG1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is affinity purified and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200, and IP at 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 680–770 of human BRG1/SMARCA4 (NP_003063.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 220 kDa. The antibody has been KO (knockout) validated. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
