Anti-SMAP45 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human SMAP45 (HDAC3), corresponding to amino acids 379–428, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl liquid format. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, with recommended dilutions of approximately 1:500–1:2000 for WB, 1:100–1:300 for IHC, 1:200–1:1000 for IF and 1:20000 for ELISA. It cross-reacts with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples and detects endogenous levels of the target, which is also known as HD3, RPD3-2 and Histone deacetylase 3. The product is shipped in PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at pH 7.4; for short-term use it should be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C for up to two weeks, while long-term storage is recommended at –20 °C in small aliquots to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
