Anti-Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein G Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein G (SNRPG), a core Sm-ring protein that assembles with snRNP-B, -D1, -D2, -D3, -E, and -F on the Sm site of U1, U2, U4, and U5 snRNAs during spliceosome biogenesis. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 100 µg vial, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human tissue and cell samples, where it has been applied to study altered snRNP assembly in hepatocellular carcinoma and other splicing-impaired disease contexts.
