Anti-SMAD6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SMAD6 and offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000, and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 257–496 of human Smad6 (NP_005576.3).

The antibody is purified by affinity methods and supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 48 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
