Anti-SMAD4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SMAD4 (Smad4) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western Blot, IHC and ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 320–552 of human Smad4 (NP_005350.1) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, supported by seven scientific validation images.

The reagent is affinity purified and presented in liquid form at lot-specific concentration, with an observed molecular weight of 63 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western Blot, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF.
