Anti-Smad3 (P417) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody, affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, raised against Smad3 (P417). The unconjugated reagent, formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 385–430 of human Smad3. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Smad3 protein and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Reported molecular weight of the target is ~48 and 55 kDa, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
