Anti-Smad3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in Rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the human Smad3 sequence surrounding the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 179, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of total Smad3 (SMAD family member 3). The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA.
