Anti-SMAD2 + SMAD3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified as a polyclonal IgG, this unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes both SMAD2 and SMAD3, the receptor-regulated effectors that carry TGF-β signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. The antibody is supplied as a 200 µl volume and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.
