Anti-SMAD2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SMAD2, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human Smad2 (NP_001003652.1) and detects the target in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. SMAD2 has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This reagent is KO Validated.
