Anti-Smad2 (Ab-220) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against Smad2, an intracellular mediator of TGF-beta signaling that translocates to the nucleus upon type I receptor activation and drives transcription of target genes. This reagent recognizes an epitope in the region surrounding amino acid 220 of human Smad2 and is supplied as an unconjugated immunoglobulin preparation in 100 µl format.
