Anti-SMAD2/3 (Acetyl-K19) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human SMAD2/3 around the acetylated Lysine 19 residue. The antibody detects endogenous levels of SMAD2/3 protein only when acetylated at Lys19, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
