Anti-Smad 5 (phospho-S463/465) Antibody

Designed for phospho-specific detection of the Smad 5 transcription factor, this recombinant monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit IgG antibody raised against a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to residues surrounding human Smad 5 Ser463 and Ser465. The unconjugated antibody is supplied in a 50 µL volume of 1×TBS (pH7.4) containing 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry workflows.
