Anti-SLP-76 (G122) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SLP-76 and is designated clone G122. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human SLP-76, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of SLP-76 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 75 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
