Anti-SLP-76 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SLP-76 (Lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2, LCP2), a 76 kDa cytosolic adaptor involved in signaling cascades of hematopoietic lineages such as T cells, mast cells and neutrophils. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications on human, mouse and rat samples. Produced in rabbit and purified by Protein A chromatography, it is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and should be stored under the conditions stated on the accompanying datasheet to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
