Anti-SLK Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SLK (STE20-like serine/threonine-protein kinase), produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminus of the human SLK protein. Supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated preparation at approximately 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, with the rabbit IgG fraction affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and detects endogenous levels of total SLK in samples from human, mouse and rat origins.
