Anti-SLK Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human SLK (STE20-like serine/threonine-protein kinase), enabling selective detection of endogenous SLK protein in research samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, of the IgG isotype, and is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It has been validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, making it a versatile option for studies of STE20-related kinase signalling across mammalian models. For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
