Anti-SLCO1A2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against SLCO1A2 (also known as OATP1A2) and validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been affinity purified for use in immunoblotting workflows.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 606–670 of human SLCO1A2 (NP_602307.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 74 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:1,000–1:5,000 is advised.
