A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets SLC9A3R1, also referred to as EBP50/NHERF-1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 189–358 of human SLC9A3R1 (NP_004243.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography; concentration is reported as lot specific. The associated target molecular weight is 50 kDa. A recommended Western blot working dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:4,000 is indicated.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
