Anti-SLC7A5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SLC7A5/LAT1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-125 of human LAT1/SLC7A5 (NP_003477.4). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 39 kDa / 50 kDa, with a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:100-1:500.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
