Anti-SLC7A11 Antibody

SLC7A11, also called xCT, is the substrate-specific subunit of the cystine/glutamate antiporter system Xc-. It imports extracellular cystine in exchange for intracellular glutamate, feeding the glutathione synthesis pathway and acting as a central gatekeeper of ferroptosis. These functions make SLC7A11 a frequent target in cancer metabolism, oxidative stress, and neurodegeneration research.
