Anti-SLC7A1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SLC7A1 and offered through Antibodies.com, unconjugated and of IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human SLC7A1 (NP_003036.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 68 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
