Anti-SLC6A8 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the SLC6A8 target. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 590-635 of human SLC6A8 as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of SLC6A8 protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 70 kDa.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
