Anti-SLC6A2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets SLC6A2, also known as the noradrenaline transporter. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–70 of human SLC6A2 (NP_001165975.1). The antibody is affinity purified, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa. The concentration is lot specific. For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
