Anti-SLC5A5 Antibody

It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated as a liquid, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 68 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 544–643 of human SLC5A5 (NP_000444.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
