Anti-SLC4A7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SLC4A7, also referred to as NBCn1, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and supplied as an unconjugated IgG.

The antibody is affinity purified from a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 240-400 of human SLC4A7 (NP_003606.3). Recognising a target of approximately 160 kDa, the reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000, and the product is shipped at 4°C for long-term storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
