Anti-SLC4A4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SLC4A4, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and raised in rabbit (IgG isotype), and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant protein of human SLC4A4 as the immunogen and purified by affinity purification using that immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total SLC4A4 protein and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
