Anti-SLC4A2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SLC4A2, also known as AE2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reactive with human samples, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 140 kDa. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human SLC4A2 (NP_001186623.1), with sequence DDGGASGRPLPKAQPGHRSYNLQERRRIGSMTGAEQALLPRVPTDEIEAQTLATADLDLMKSHRFEDVPGVRRHLVRKNAKGSTQSGREGREPGPTPRARP. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
