Anti-SLC46A1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-130 of human SLC46A1 (NP_001229295.1).

The target protein, HCP1/PCFT (Solute carrier family 46 member 1), is a membrane protein with enhanced expression in intestinal tissue. Subcellular localization includes the plasma membrane and cytosol. The antibody has a molecular weight of 55 kDa and is supplied in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is performed via affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000.
