SLC43A1, also referred to as LAT3 (Large Neutral Amino Acid Transporter 3), is a sodium-independent solute carrier that mediates uptake of large neutral amino acids including leucine, isoleucine, valine, methionine, and phenylalanine. It has been implicated in leucine sensing linked to mTORC1 signaling in selected tissues, and it is studied in contexts ranging from cancer cell metabolism to transport physiology.

The Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal anti-SLC43A1 antibody is supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated polyclonal reagent formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies across cell lines, primary cultures, and tissue-derived lysates.

This reagent is intended for research use only and is provided as an affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in a rabbit host. For short-term use, store refrigerated at 4°C; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to preserve activity and limit freeze-thaw cycles. The product ships as a 100 µl vial.
