Anti-SLC3A2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed through AFMS, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets solute carrier family 3 member 2 (SLC3A2), a heavily glycosylated type II membrane protein also known as 4F2hc, CD98, MDU1, and the 4F2 cell-surface antigen heavy chain. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human SLC3A2 immunogen and affinity-purified, and it specifically recognizes the endogenous total SLC3A2 protein in human samples. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated polyclonal host antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for detecting SLC3A2 expression in cell lysates and tissue sections. For best stability and long-term preservation of activity, vials should be stored at –20 °C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
