Anti-SLC39A8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SLC39A8 (also known as ZIP8) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 180–300 of human ZIP8 (NP_071437.3).

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The expected molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and supported by two scientific validation images, it reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
