Anti-SLC34A1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets SLC34A1 (solute carrier family 34 member 1), the gene encoding the renal type IIa sodium-phosphate cotransporter NaPi-IIa that mediates inorganic phosphate reabsorption across the brush-border membrane of proximal tubule epithelial cells. The reagent is raised in rabbit, supplied as an unconjugated antiserum in a 100 µl volume, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human samples.

Investigators working on mineral metabolism, phosphate homeostasis, kidney physiology, or nephrology models use it to localize NaPi-IIa in renal tissue sections and to resolve the transporter band in membrane-enriched lysates by chemiluminescent detection. Suggested storage is at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the polyclonal preparation.
