From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SLC31A1 (also referred to as CTR1) and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and has been confirmed to react with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–60 of human SLC31A1 (NP_001850.1). It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
