Anti-SLC30A6 Antibody

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 252–461 of human ZnT6, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 51 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is reported as lot specific. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given.
