Anti-SLC2A4 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and unconjugated, targets Glucose Transporter GLUT4 (SLC2A4). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 450–509 of human GLUT4 (NP_001033.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 55 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

Product is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
