Anti-SLC2A2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting Glucose Transporter GLUT2 (SLC2A2). Supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation raised in rabbit and affinity purified, and used as a Primary Antibody.

The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB), with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed among its applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human GLUT2/SLC2A2 (NP_000331.1). The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:100–1:500, and the target migrates at approximately 38–45 kDa. One scientific image is available.

Formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
