Anti-SLC29A1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SLC29A1 (also referred to as ENT1). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reported to be suitable for immunofluorescence (IF), reacting with mouse and rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human SLC29A1 (NP_001071645.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended Western blot working dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.
