Anti-SLC28A3 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SLC28A3, also referred to as hCNT3. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 612–691 of human SLC28A3 (NP_071410.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 77 kDa. For Western blot the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
