Anti-SLC27A6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, unconjugated and validated for western blotting with human and mouse samples. The target is SLC27A6, also referred to as FATP6. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 370–619 of human SLC27A6 (NP_054750.1), and is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a predicted molecular weight for the target of 70 kDa.

For western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
