Anti-SLC27A2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the SLC27A2 protein (also known as FATP2), an approximately 70 kDa fatty acid transport protein. The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 290–573 of human FATP2 (NP_003636.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with concentration reported as lot-specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
