Anti-SLC26A6 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the SLC26A6 transporter, also referred to as SLC26A6/Pat1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 509–758 of human SLC26A6 (NP_599025.2).

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
