Anti-SLC26A3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the human SLC26A3 protein. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. It is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 505–764 of human SLC26A3 (NP_000102.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
