Raised in rabbit against the SLC26A2 sulfate transporter, this unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent is validated for immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples and is supplied by Antibodies.com at 100 µl per vial.

SLC26A2 (also called DTDST) is a transmembrane anion exchanger that mediates sulfate uptake in cartilage and other tissues, and loss-of-function mutations in this gene cause diastrophic dysplasia and achondrogenesis type 1B. Researchers studying chondrocyte biology, skeletal development, and sulfate metabolism use anti-SLC26A2 antibodies to localize endogenous transporter expression in fixed cells and tissue sections.

Provided as a 100 µl liquid aliquot of rabbit polyclonal IgG with no fluorophore or enzyme label, the antibody is intended for research use only, allowing end-users to pair it with their own choice of secondary detection reagents and multiplex labeling strategies appropriate for their immunofluorescence workflow.
