Anti-SLC25A4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Adenine Nucleotide Translocator 1/ANT 1 (SLC25A4). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human SLC25A4/ANT1 (NP_001142.2). The antibody is affinity purified and has been KO validated. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 33 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, users are advised to aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
