Anti-SLC25A12 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com is directed against the SLC25A12 protein. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 435–480 of human SLC25A12 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the SLC25A12 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 74 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
