Anti-SLC25A11 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SLC25A11 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications [C0, S1, S2, S3]. Selected variants within the range are additionally validated for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) [S1]. Reactivity is confirmed against human samples across the range [C0, S1, S2, S3], with certain formulations also demonstrating reactivity with mouse and rat [C0, S1].

The target SLC25A11 is detected at a molecular weight of 34 kDa [S1]. Recommended working dilutions for the WB- and ICC/IF-validated variant are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:100-1:500 for ICC/IF, with IHC recommended at 1:50-1:100 [S1]. Formulations vary across the range: one variant is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300 [S1]; another is supplied at 1.2 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.3, containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol [S2]; and a third is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol [S3]. All variants are affinity-purified [S1, S2, S3], shipped at 4°C, and recommended for storage at -20°C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles [S1, S2, S3].

Immunogens used across the range include a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-314 of human SLC25A11 (NP_003553.2) [S1], an internal-region fusion protein [S2], and a synthesised peptide derived from an internal region of human SLC25A11 [S3]. The antibody is intended to detect endogenous levels of total SLC25A11 protein [S2, S3].
