Anti-SLC24A4 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against SLC24A4, a member of the potassium-dependent sodium-calcium exchanger family (NCKX). Supplied at 200 µl per vial as an unconjugated rabbit IgG, the reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human target. SLC24A4 is studied in neuronal calcium handling and in pigmentation biology, where genetic variation in the locus has been linked to differences in skin and hair colour through melanocyte function.
