Anti-SLC24A1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SLC24A1 and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 198-243 of human SLC24A1 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 121 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is reported to detect endogenous levels of SLC24A1 protein.
