Anti-SLC22A8 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against SLC22A8, a solute carrier protein also referred to as OAT3. The IgG reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 400 to the C-terminus of human OAT3/SLC22A8 (NP_004245.2).

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
