Anti-SLC22A2 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SLC22A2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been verified to react with Human and Rat samples.

Of the IgG isotype, the reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified, with a stated molecular weight of 80 kDa and a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 44–140 of human SLC22A2 (NP_003049.2). The recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
